Although apartment building and condo complexes are for residential occupancies they are initially commercial construction. Each apartment or condo unit is wired to the residential electrical code where as the remainder of the building is wired to a commercial code. There are a number of commercial systems in these residential occupancies that are not found in a single family home. These would include Fire Alarm systems, CO systems (Carbon monoxide), ventilation and Exit/Emergency lighting. These types of buildings require Electrical Engineers and blueprints like other commercial building even though they are primarily for family occupancy.

In the case of a condo a buyer can request additions and changes to their own unit but have little say in the remainder of the building. We have extensive knowledge in this area to efficiently complete these projects. All we need is a blue print to submit a quote.
